I had an excellent time at Riu Palace Mexico. it really surpassed my expectations from my previous stay. The rooms were clean and spacious, the food was delicious across the board, and the staff truly made me feel welcome. Although the entertainment could use some improvement, the overall experience was fantastic.

My stay at the Riu Palace Mexico was mostly good, celebrating my 40th Wedding Anniversary with really good service and beautiful surroundings. The food was very good, and the beach was pristine. However, the rooms felt a bit dated, which detracted from an otherwise perfect experience.
